STÜKEN stands for economical, customer-specific solutions in the area of Stamping and Metal Forming technology. Leadframes, Automotive electrical contacts and components for Automotive lighting are typical STÜKEN products produced from copper, stainless steel, steel and aluminum strip.

CAD-Systems offer speed and efficiency during the creation of original layouts as well as the flexibility for rapid response to change requirements. Automated presses offer a wide range of productivity, minimized setup time and extreme precision.

Installation and set-up of a stamping tool

The development phase includes a comprehensive consultation and capability study which, upon order issuance, transitions to production under the personal care of aproject leader. This ensures full coordination of all individual steps and involved processes thereby guaranteeing maximum precision and a consistently high quality standard of the end product.

The design and development of tooling, including prototypes or samples, takes place at the STÜKEN Tooling Department in Germany and since 2005 at STUEKEN s.r.o. in the Czech Republic which also specializes in plastic injection molding tooling.

All tools including First Sample Inspection Report, are delivered to the customer or, upon customer request, may also be verified at thecustomer’s facility.
